Exercise Roller Advanced

This is the Advanced Thoracic [chest spine] roller technique. The Scapula is the shoulder blades. The shoulder blades need to be moved away from the center of the spine. Do this by by pusing your hands directly infront of you and away from your body. this will move the shoulder blades away from the spine. The second step is to create Extension [backward bending] of the chest spine. The abdominal muscles should be relaxed. Take it slow and be careful, these are very advanced movements.
