Stay at work: but reduce the activity Exercise the wrist, shoulder and neck Keep the posture straight check sleeping position
*Hand therapy: to improve strength
*Shoulder mobilization: will imporve the nerve flow and feeling to the hand
*Mobilization of wrist: there are 8 small bones in the wrist which must be correctly positioned
*Postural therapy: Improving the posture reduces nerve pressure, and will increase hand strength
